Thank you for perusing my website. I'm a lifelong resident of Santa Clara County so let's just say that's a long time. I've been practicing real estate since 1989 and started as a mortgage broker. I quickly discovered my passion for serving clients with their real estate buying and selling needs as a Realtor. I am of Italian decent so I tend to be very family oriented. Over the years many of my clients have become like a large extended family.

All real estate is local. I've discovered that it doesn't really matter what the real estate market is doing in say, Detroit or Florida, unless you own real estate there. This is my area. This is where I live, work, play and own real estate. So I keep very close eye on what's happening in our local community. Serving on the Board of Directors and as an Executive Board member for the Chamber of Commerce, I'm provided with added insight into our local economy. It’s this attention to the local area that I am able to share with my clients. Giving them the latest info from the trenches as well as an historical perspective helps them make very informed decisions regarding real estate matters.

Working in the real estate industry for over 20 years is not for wimps. It’s hard work and it can be a very demanding profession. Fortunately, I was raised by parents who were from the east coast where hard work was not only encouraged, but required. I can still recall the first time I wanted to call in sick when I wasn’t really sick. This was at a part time job I had bagging groceries at Food Fair Markets in Santa Clara when I was 16 years old. I thought my mother was going to throw me through the roof. I figured it would be better to go to work than repair the hole in the ceiling, so off I went.

After over 20 years, there’s a lot of tricky situations that have came up in a real estate transactions where I’ve already done the research and invested the time to fully understand the ramifications. This allows me to provide the best set of alternatives to my clients, in every market cycle imaginable.

Some side notes. I graduated from Wilcox High in Santa Clara, received a B.S. in Accounting from San Jose State, and an MBA in Marketing from Golden Gate University in San Francisco where I graduated with the highest distinction. This allows me to have the knowledge to create a customized strategic marketing plan for each property I sell. And as well, it allows me to perform extensive financial analysis for investors looking to evaluate their ROI on various rental properties.

I’m a music lover and was in my first band as a drummer at the age of 5 where my brother and I performed at school pot luck dinners and such. That was back when it wasn’t yet a health hazard to bring food cooked from home. My brother kept kicking me out of the band for, well whatever he felt like. He was older and he played guitar so he had that right. When I got to be about 15, I started playing guitar. To his and my sister’s credit, they bought me my first electric guitar for my 16th birthday. That changed everything. I’ve been playing ever since. I’ve been in bands and have performed at local clubs over the years. And by the way, I’ve never kicked a drummer out of a band. Don’t be surprised if you spot me around town sitting in with a local band now and then.

Presently, my after hours musical passion is in the song writing arena where I have actively been attempting to get my instrumental songs on background tracks for films and TV. No luck yet, but I’m not quitting anytime soon. I’ve also started writing singer/songwriter types of songs. While I’m very excited about some of my recent works, my voice doesn’t come anywhere close to Bruno Mars so he has no competition to worry about.

Lastly, I do my best to stay physically fit by cooking good meals and eating right (being Italian has its perks) and getting plenty of exercise.

At the end of the day, the reason you're reading this is because you have an interest in real estate. I've worked very hard to earn the trust of my clients over the years. Most of my business comes from referrals from past clients. That's because I have the experience, education, and have taken the appropriate action to get them what they've wanted in the past. In times like these, sometimes you don't know who to trust. I have a long list of references you are welcome to review and contact. Please contact me for a free, no obligation consulation. Oh, but the way... I'm never too busy for any of your referrals.
